As per your recommendation in the Pling website, I'm using the following line in this section of the code:

color: theme.positiveTextColor

for the following reasons:

1. Consistency with the way the default Plasma panel showcases its progress bar color (using the widgets/tasks element found on the Breeze Plasma Style).
   
2. Avoiding confusion with the way windows demanding attention appear (they usually are in shades of orange, just like the current color).

I enclose the following screenshots that show how it looks under vanilla Breeze as well as Otto and Dracula color schemes

It also looks nice using light color schemes with Plasma Styles that don't respect them (such as the Oxygen Plasma Style), so this change version should work under edge cases such as combining dark plasma styles + light color schemes and vice versa:
