when i initialize index page, i want to show just a specific propertyType ("Office"), using demo data that have propertybase website.

i think the issue is in var typ (line: 3)
and the others variable that receives ajax data requestData, with other fields, have errors.

please fill all the params field in your demo live, and fix data that content Price: "0";

The Search Request form at the bottom of the home page, when filled out, will denote success, but no contact gets created in propertybase.

On your live version it works great. However, when I download the code from your github. I'm getting plenty of errors.

My logs are stating that in search.php
!isset($response->listings[0]) is triggering, which means that looking for a listing in response is returning null

This only occurs when using scripts.js or the index.html page. When accessing the php file directly and echoing responses from there, everything is fine.
