The formatting got completely munged, but I think I see what you're referring to. It's the line which says "Utilized Agent-Sessions: 3 of 60 (>3,414 KB)", correct? Note the KB reading, and compare that to the multitude of sessions which have the same values--this was established as the lowest common reading on "at rest" memory and determined to indicate a session which has LIKELY not been used to fulfill any requests. It does not mean that the session is actively servicing a request, but that something used it, and this is entirely derived from session memory being higher than the stated threshold for 3 of 60 started sessions. This is a custom metric reported only by this tooling and has no relation to any other metric that I'm currently aware of. Does that make sense?

Awesome, that is what I figured but wanted to double check that it had no relation to any existing metric, it was something custom to this tool.. makes sense, thanks Dustin.
