"status" task when using w/11.7.15 causes ABL error 3135 about iceberg HOT 4 CLOSED

Output from the code release line indicates this is the latest version. I've just stood up an 11.7.15 installation elsewhere so I should have what I need to be able to replicate. I'll update here once I've had a chance to test this and investigate the potential issue.

It would appear that there was a single omission in a new GetAgentMetrics method that should have returned an empty JsonArray no matter what the state of the API results. In 11.7.x it must be assumed that this API either does not exist or doesn't return the expected data, and so while there was a test for a valid "result" property, this didn't have a proper RETURN as many similar methods had.

I've fixed this in the develop branch if you'd like to test it out and see if it resolves the error message and/or the collection of the remaining stats which may not have been output. I think the error was not properly caught and so it failed out of the remaining data-collection actions and fell to the output logic portion.
