Book Review Laravel

Clone Repository :

Click the Code in the upper right of the Repository and click Code

  • Copy the HTTPS link
  • go to the terminal and type this: git clone 'HTTPS_LINK'
  • next is : cd Folder_Name_of_the_Repository
  • and : code .

In the VsCode Terminal or the Terminal with the Directory in it

Start the local development Server :

'php artisan serve'

Go to the Database, I used adminer here and create a database name :

'laravel-book-review'

Migrate the fake datas :

'php artisan migrate'

DATABASE

You can use mysql xammp or adminer -> http://localhost:8080/ > Make sure the Server is mysql and the username and password and the database is correct

  • Server: mysql

  • Username: root

  • Password: root

  • Database: laravel-book-review

DATABASE NAME:

  • laravel-book-review

DATABASE TABLE NAMES:

  • books

  • reviews

You can just use this command in the terminal in this directory :

  • 'php artisan migrate'

  • php artisan migrate:refresh

or

  • php artisan migrate:refresh --seed

THERE IS THE SQL FILE LARAVEL-BOOK-REVIEW HERE IN THE DIRECTORY YOU CAN IMPORT THAT TO YOUR DATABASE BASED ON YOUR CHOOSING : MYSQL OR ADMINER OR OTHER
