Sometimes I get the following when electro starting:

{ REDACTED }

==========  Starting instance: i-xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx  ==========
Error connecting to agent: No such file or directory

and it turns out that the issue is simply solved by running eval "$(ssh-agent)" on my machine. Not sure why it's not on by default, but it happens to me sometimes. Should we have electro check if the agent is running, or at least give an explicit error message instead of silently crashing?
