And throwing error from the official workstation.

Ping google.co.in works in cmd in my official workstation but screenipy doesn't, is there any way which can resolve this?

Looks like it's not able to reach the internet.
Does your PC using any Proxy for authentication login? Or VPN as it might be your official workstation?
Also, try running ping google.co.in in cmd prompt to verify that your PC can access internet through the command shell.

Looks like your workstation/VPN/Proxy is blocking the connections initiated by screenipy.exe
Perhaps, you can clone the repo and try running it through python. Though, this will require you to set up all of the dependencies for which you may not have admin access.
