Ability to create a table

The EditText in the Add Container and Add Table dialogs are not aligned with the dialog title

Describe the bug
The EditText in the Add Container and Add Table dialogs are not aligned with the dialog title.

To Reproduce
Click on the Add Container or Add Table toolbar menu option.

Expected behavior
They should be aligned.

Changing storage accounts doesn't load the blobs in the first blob container until user selects another blob container in the list and shifts back to the first

Steps to reproduce:

Select a storage account
Select the first item in the blob containers list
Select another item in the containers list and the blobs will load
Now, select the first container again and the blobs will load correctly

Alternate:

Select a storage account
Select a container other than the first one in the spinner
Change the storage account and the blobs will load correctly for whichever blob container is at position 'x'

Switching tables doesn't clear previously visible entities (rows)

Blob path gets cut-off in the app title bar, when the path is too long

Blob path gets cut-off in the app title bar, when the path is too long.

To Reproduce
With a blob that is separated by several paths, navigate into it.

Expected behavior
The blob path is clearly visible even when the path is too long.

Ability to create/edit a table entity

Allow user to create a folder when uploading blobs

The desktop experience of the Azure Storage Explorer allows the user to create a new folder when uploading blobs by having them enter a path name.

App doesn't show a progress bar when things are still loading giving the impression it has hung

This is especially annoying when there are a lot of storage accounts to load.

Opening a blob after navigating a few levels of directories fails if it has to open using the default HTML viewer

Ability to create blob container

Show indeterminate progress bar when loading blobs in a container

If there are no tables or blob containers in a storage account, reset the action bar spinner to indicate that

Adding a new container doesn't refresh the list of containers automatically

Cannot sign in

Message: AADSTS50020: User account 'I removed this for privacy.
' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'my.app.factory' and cannot access the application '9a2e9bbc-6de9-4b91-8899-10e8c4235cc2' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
