Abstract the factory principle to further simplify code

• Provide AbstractDashboardWidget infrastructure
• Add a DashboardWidget which shows next (3? -> configurable) services with:
  • Title
  • Date, Time, Location
  • Song list (include psalms, readings)
  • Link to sermon edit
  • Link to service edit

Render this through a template.

Quotes are not properly formatted when exported to Word.

As of now, PULPIT relies heavily on third-party dependencies pulled in via composer. There are some concerns to be taken care of, however:

• Provide a proper means to execute composer install on plugin install.
• Check whether composer update correctly works through the plugin settings page.
• Check versioning/namespacing concerns, such as mentioned here:

Provide an alternative means to install plugin through packagist.

Check if all requirements are set correctly, e.g. PHP >7.0

Slides feature should be rewritten.

EG should be treated like any other songbooks (see #1) and moved to it's own plugin. This does not necessarily have to be available in a public repository.

Ebook creation should ideally be based on a sermon full-text, not on text pulled together from individual slides, as it has been so far. Ebooks also should be publishable from different templates.

AgendaItems should have public notes (appearing in full-text handouts, etc.), internal (i.e. preacher's/liturgists) notes as well as further notes for freely definable ministry roles (music director, custodian, ...)

Set correct spell-check language when exporting a Word file.

Fix coding style wherever necessary

Song books should be a more thought-out feature with the ability to add new songbooks through additional plugins.

This AgendaItem type can be removed and simply replaced by a FreeTextAgendaItem.
Needs a migration for existing agendas using this type.
