Add CharSet#each_substring_with_index

To match chars.cr, add a CharSet#each_substring_with_index.

Remove deprecated CharSet#strings_in in favor of CharSet#substrings

Remove the deprecated CharSet#strings_in method in favor of CharSet#substrings.

Add a CLI utility

Chars should also provide a chars command for common functionality:

Generate a random string.
Print the substrings in a file or STDIN.
Enumerate over all possible strings in a CharSet.

Add CharSet#each_substring

To match chars.cr, add a CharSet#each_substring.

Add CharSet#each_string_of_length(Integer) and CharSet#each_string_of_length(Range)

Add an each_string_of_length method to CharSet that enumerates over every possible string in the CharSet of a given length or range of lengths.

CharSet should no longer inherit from Set

We don't need to inherit all of the methods from Set.
CharSet should ideally be immutable.
#chars and #bytes should return their own Set objects.

Add CharSet#substrings_with_index

To match chars.cr, add a CharSet#substrings_with_index.

Port to Crystal

Work on porting to Crystal.

CharSet random methods should accept a random: keyword

The CharSet random_* methods should accept a random: keyword argument that's passed down to Array#sample/Set#sample.

This should allow passing in random: SecureRandom for "secure"-ly generated random strings.

Add the CharSet#[] method

CharSet should have a [] method for mapping a byte to a char, or vice versa.

Chars::ALPHA['A']
# => 0x41
Chars::ALPHA[0x41]
# => "A"

Switch to using `require_relative` to improve load-times

Switch to using require_relative to load other chars/ files to improve load-times.
