Gitbook is abandoned, moving to mdbook shouldn't be much work

We did lot of bad commit of PDFs, large images, large GIF and so on, so the repository was above 460MB.

I used bfg to delete blob above 3MB which are not referenced in HEAD. The repo weighs now 200MB which is more acceptable but not ideal.
This command didn't break existing clone on your computer but caused lot of false new commits in GitHub hook.

I would like to add a symbolic link of all images in the french folder to the english one to avoid data duplication.

In "Assembly guide for the Ergo Jr", the Bill of materials has the line "1x disk_support.stl (using laser cutting) the 2D plan can be found here." But "here" is a dead link (https://github.com/poppy-project/poppy-ergo-jr/tree/PR_release_hardware/hardware/laser_cutting)

The listed BOM for the Ergo Jr. arm includes:

• 1x bag of OLLO rivets (about 70 colored and 4 grey)
• 1x OLLO tool: made to clip and unclip rivets

The OLLO rivets and corresponding tool indicated is this set of set of 12mm rivets.

The actual rivets used in the kit are these 6mm rivets.
