don't flip the foreground colors if a character is pzlocked
instead make the foreground white if it would normally be black, otherwise
use hte normal foreground colors.

The GUI gets blocked pretty easily, when it's fetching stuff etc.

The sort by guild should list enemy guilds first (as it's not a VIP list)

What steps will reproduce the problem?

it would be cool if you could copy and past the names so you could look 
them up easy 

a button or icon will be displayed for those characters who have recently
died, and those that took the kill on them.

Right now, having to go to the guild menu is rather tedious. You should be 
able to right click on the persons name, and access their guild menu  (Set 
a friend/enemy/ally)

1. Add an "always on top" option.

2. Make a font size option.

3. Be able to re-set a guild as "no stance" after it has already been set 
to friend/ally/enemy.

this causes mindbogglingly awesome errors in windows explorer.

listbox view is set back to the start every 30s.

currently characters below level 45 are not shown unless they're atypical
somehow (guild stance, death, pzlock etc.).

this should be changeable through a slider bar or config entry.

afaik, windows does not require an explicit close button for context popup
menus.

Should allow the user to select the world he plays, as appropriate. This
should probably be saved to the configuration, so they get the same world
next time the client is loaded.

There should be an option to treat all un-guilded as enemies.
