When I add a new glossary entry to show I need to write a \gls somewhere in the book's content, and in some cases this is a bothersome task (especially during a lesson). By \glsaddall none of this must be done but I don't know if is good in general. @Polpetta, what do you think?

In way to build the acronyms list, the command \makeglossaries has to be moved before including the glossary's entries, otherwise the option see of \newacronym refers to no well defined glossary.

In short, the config.tex file should be written as following:

% In the config.tex file
\makeglossaries
\input{res/glossary}
