I am thinking to add two new sections to Step 1.

Request resources
A section on requesting resources early on from the client. This helps get know what will need to be generated for the project.

Group collaboration
The client should know that their thoughts are important and always welcomed. It allows for better understanding of what they wish to accomplish with the website. It makes sure that you and the client are on the same page at each step of the process. It also makes sure they they are fully educated in what it takes to make a successful website. The client is usually experienced in their market. Make sure you take advantage of it.
