对于基带
不管是BLE的还是经典蓝牙或者是wifi的，
它们跑起来都会先设置链路的个数，提前分配好动态寄存器的内存，
比如说BLE的ll_init就是初始化基带的时候就开始分配动态寄存器
那么我们可以在分配的时候就搞一个全局指针，随时可以打印它观察它，这是做芯片的最底层的经常做的了，
还有就是固定的控制寄存器，这个可以随时打印，地址不变
