Api 3.0.0 Alpha11?

Pocket mine uses the plugin. 3.0.0 Alpha11 api format were as you plugin.yml says(2.0.0-3.0.0-4.0.0 for the api)my server is not able to run the plugin it keeps restarting do you knows what the fix is?
