@brwnj I read whole documentation, and can't figure it out how this data/tables was generated, could you point me exactly line where it's explained?

There is no explanation how did you generate:

• data/tables/160912_summary.csv
• data/tables/160912_plate_1.csv
• data/tables/160912_top50barcodes.csv

In this link you have send me there is no explanation how did you generate this data/tables/* files, could you help me with that?

I understand now. The files you list are generic tables meant to show that additional data can be integrated alongside the fastqc data. For example, the lorenz table is a simple line plot that requires x and y data only as shown at https://pnnl-fqc.readthedocs.io/en/latest/plots/line.html. fqc itself is not generating these data. There is support for other types of plots that require specific columns of data as outlined in the docs.
