I will make a PR to add a paper subdirectory that has the template for the paper. We can iterate on that as well. We only get 4 pages for a poster presentation. And due to the format and restrictions on type size and so forth there is not a lot of room. Figures need to be minimal.

@pllim, I just realized that the link that we have in the poster to the plugin developers page is probably broken, since it refers to the page before the dev manual was split off from the user manual.

Not too late to update it in the paper, but we may need to pin a little correction stub on to the poster.

Include links to Ginga paper and documentation in the poster.

@pllim, did you fix the issue of the figures getting imported correctly, or do we need to convert them to EPS?

How much time is needed for submission to printing company to get it back in time?
