Be sure that the css is styling all headings and links correctly

Simplify the way the layout works.

Really great tutorial, the code works fine but my problem is property belongs_to user, and i get this error when i click on create or update property
Couldn't find User with 'id'=412471734 [WHERE "users"."deleted_at" IS NULL]
Note:
User has_many properties
Property has_many options

This should replace the categories.

The problem is that the url would change, so we will need to redirect the old permalinks to the new ones..
