Replace "sens" by "direction" in the comments
Change the algorithm for triaxial bodies and add a check to be sure flattening >= 0
if we find ourselves with a negative flattening (which I don't think is valid), then I assume the body is triaxial "equivalent" (meaning theA != theB and theA != theC). Hartley is an oddball since theB == theC. This means cartographically for Hartley, theMean should be used as a sphere (with flattening = 0) as is the same for all triaxial bodies..

Remove WKT duplication
Remove WKT duplication when :
- ographic CRS with inverse_flattening=0 and positive longitude to EAST
