Move lookup.ExtLookupUser from generateReceivers to connectors

Every connector might have its own way of looking up at user db.
Our msteams could use the getent, mail could use ldap or similar...
Hence, it is only natural that the lookup part of the code belongs with the connector and the main package passes verbatim what we receive from slurm so that the connector then can decide what to do with it (and how).

Add: mailto connector

To keep and extend original slurm mail capabilities, make "mailto" connector.
Ideas for its parameters/new functionality:

  • mailCmd
  • mailTemplate
  • allowList/blockList
    ...?
