Cosmetic UI issues

This is a bucket issue to track cosmetic UI issues:

  • Increase the size of the dialog box
  • Remove / hide the "Ok" and "Cancel" buttons as the bottom and increase available real estate
  • Correct spelling of "Columbia" to "Colombia"
  • Add borders for all widgets

Support different sublayouts for each indicator

Add a mechanism to load / switch between different layouts on the indicator dashboard when an indicator is selected.

That is - selecting "Crime" should load its own layout, selecting "Infrastructure" should load its layout etc.
