Nevermind, the problem was actually that the facebook app-version needs to be "Business". Since we created the app a long time ago, where this app version thing did not exists, facebook migrated the app as app-version "Consumer", which cannot have the permissions i mentioned above. Thats why i got this error. Now its working fine with your PR #88!

Any news on this?
Basically the extension is not usable for Facebook currently. I'm getting the same message, although the "review" button has been added from here: #74 (still wonder why that issue is still open)

Still getting Invalid Scopes: pages_read_engagement, pages_read_user_content with the new permissions you mentioned
