Just tried testing this on a bare bones sandbox environment - literally only one matrix field on the publish layout.
For each file it reports an unknown error has occurred when uploaded. - note this is not used with assets.

Checking the folder via ftp i see the files have been created, but they are all sized at 0kb

Any ideas / thoughts?

Hey there, This doesn't seem to be working with Assets. It says there are no Matrix fields with a File type. It looks like a few commits ago you added/fixed support for Assets, so wanted to see what's up.

This appears to be an issue that has been popping up for years and never addressed, from my searches here and on devot.ee...

I can select multiple files to upload, it says it's uploading them, but nothing happens. No rows are created and no files are actually uploaded.

I have set the directories to 777 permissions, and I can upload single files through the regular Matrix file upload.

HELP??!!!

Using ExpressionEngine 2.7.0, testing on two different servers/hosts, same issue.

Looking in the Chrome tools, I see that the response returned to the addFiles function (line 156 of matrix_multi_upload.js) is NOT a json string as expected but instead just the following html (which explains why the error handling breaks, at least):

I am using relative paths for my upload directories and when I try to upload, I get the error: Failed to open temp directory. It works when I change it to the full path.

Hi Brandon,

Thanks for a great EE accessory. It stopped working when I removed index.php from the site url. Adding Query String Append [QSA] to my rewrite rules solved the problem. Just thought that I would mention this incase someone else has the same problem.

I'm getting an error when adding files but only in firefox. In chrome it works ok.
This is the error I get:

I've installed the Multi Upload module for Matrix. Files upload correctly, but new rows are not being added to the Matrix field. Firebug is giving me the following error:

I am experiencing an issue when I use the Matrix Multi-Upload. Any images uploaded via this method do not get added to the File manager. Is this a feature that might be added on some day soon?

Just saw your tweet about this so I couldn't wait to try it out! :)

When installing the Accessory, I noticed that the Module didn't install even though I selected it, though the Accessory did. I went to the Modules page and trying to install the module via there, but that didn't work either. I'm using EE 2.1.0 20100810.

Although I just appeared to have uploaded a batch of files okay, and they had green checkboxes next to them and were on 100%, they didn't appear in my Matrix field. I Submitted the entry and went back into it, but they still weren't there. The images hadn't appeared on my server either, when viewing the File Manager. I can upload images okay using the Matrix field on its own though.

If you have any ideas or need me to try anything, please let me know.

I'm using Matrix Multi-Upload but I noticed that it doesn't resize my image while uploading, unlike the normal Matrix image upload if you upload a higher dimension image it will automatically resize. is there any solution for that?
