Problem with CRS

Any type of commands such as pyproj.CRS.from_wkt(ndvi.spatial_ref.crs_wkt).to_epsg() results in a blank return (None).
Thus there is a CRS problem that might have originated when saving the file from qgis

geometry error

Can't determine if point is inside or outside a polygon based on the distance for some reason (distance = NULL)

SWI/Land Cover data not accurate

Data computed using the get_land_use function is not accurate.
I believe this could be caused by the fact that the pixel resolution/area is taken as empirical when some pixels are cut and therefore not the same as reality.

Possible fix: Process the resolution/area for every pixels

Sel error?

4725: IndexError: index 1 is out of bounds for axis 0 with size 1
