First of all, thank you very much for this great implementation; it still works great!

When I try to deploy Outline, where it tries to validate the domains wiki.my-domain.com and data.wiki.sumdays.org, it can only fetch the certificate for the second one.
The DNS entry for the first one does not get created in Hosttech. So cert-manager is stuck waiting for the DNS entry.

It can be reproduced with this tutorial. SSO does not need to be configured correctly.

A workaround is to wait till the first certificate is issued correctly and then delete the certificate for the missing domain. That triggers the re-issuing again.

Is that intended and I'm I missing a configuration to make this possible?
