Review Process + Checklist

For now the reviewing process is nice. However, I wanted to be more considerate on my review by adding the checklist on the final reviewing. Quoting from my comments earlier from #2 :

It might be a good idea to add inspiration behind the review progress and more information on http://distill.pub/. Also, it might be useful to try some of the interactive elements within distill.pub just to make sure it works. For example, check out the following review: distillpub/post--activation-atlas#2. We don't have to be the same as them but there is a clear process. For the record, #4 talks about interactive elements.
