Gotta maintain the thread. Thinkin collections:

• User: for now, identified by some unique device feature we can extract
• Message: subdocuments of User

Nothing else for now. Keep it simple.

:appId and :deviceId express route parameters go a long way

Create a new document in the apps collection when personality-factory generates a new personality. Only fulfill requests to conversation that pass a valid :appId (i.e., has a corresponding document in the apps collection).

The document in the apps collection has a GCP projectId associated with it, the same one that identifies the Dialogflow agent in use. The mug only worries about maintaining the appId in .env, conversation uses that to route the request to the proper agent and flavor the response with the proper personality.
