This issue depends on #1.

• Server and supervisor both need the same message parsing and command framework
• Server, visualizer, and sniffer all need a TCP accept loop

• The sniffer should try to reconnect to the visualizer, enabling the user to restart it when he closed it by accident.
• The supervisor should try to reconnect to the server/sniffer, a resume command should be added for that purpose. (Which will require some restructuring of the server)

I don’t know how I should choose the version ranges, so I didn’t add any.

• There should be a code of conduct (or multiple to switch between)
• The protocol documentation should be improved
• There should be a tutorial

There seems to be a memory leak in the new supervisor implementation: Memory usage increases over time, even when there are no messages sent to/from it. As soon as it is killed, the memory usage quickly goes down to what it was before.
