Add selection for certificates stores

As requested in #1. Currently only MY certificate store is available. It would be nice to have a combo-box to let select another store.

@HuanhuanSunMSFT - any suggestions, which ones to add?

BTW. I did refactored a bit this tool and added SHA256/SHA512 support. Enjoy!

Compatibility with VS2015

Currently this tool is not compatible with VS2015. The PackageDigitalSignatureManager even if can sign binaries with SHA-256, it produces some incompatibilities and can't be used to produce valid packages targeting VS2015.

According to @AlexEyler (thx for clarifications!) the future of PDSM is unclear and it's recommended to use VSSignTool from NuGet. This tool could also be used to sign packages for older version of VS with /fd "SHA1" switch. Second suggested option is to use IOpcFactory and implement digital signing myself.

All of that leads to the conclusion - there can't be a single signed package for all versions of Visual Studio as it's impossible to sign it with SHA-1 and SHA-256 at the same time.
