Machine specific port settings currently required.

• Put in a settings file?

• Implement port scanner?

• Froglib import currently on lines 20 - 26 in the frog module init.py (https://github.com/phockett/frogDAQ/blob/master/frogDAQ/frog/__init__.py). This needs some local path settings, since froglib cannot be installed as a module.

FrogDAQ reboot & testing 2021 (Jupyter with python 3.9):

• Class imports to fix. Quick fixes now in place (69c1914)
• Recon sub-class structure to review. Basic debug now in place (69c1914), but still probably issues. Looks like this was in flux at last commit, then abandoned!
• Patched froglib routines to include (and/or push to main repo).
• Docs.
• Update demos.

These need recoding at for speed.

Added basic quick-build in e212212.

Build tested OK with install_prereqs.sh, except for setting udev rules via pySeabreeze - need to run Docker with appropriate permissions for this, and test further with hardware devices.
