Add quit confirmation to prevent breaking window layout

Add the sort of quit confirmation I'd put in this commit, but make it applicable only when a session is active and when the behavior is enabled by the user.

Create new commands

Create these new commands:

:CloseSession - discards the session name variable.
:DeleteSession - deletes the .session.vim file, and also does :CloseSession
:ViewSession - echos the files/args to be opened by the .session.vim file.
:ViewSession! - opens the full contents of .session.vim as a readonly buffer.

Confirm before doing `bufdo bdelete`

Give the user an opportunity to save changes when issuing the :OpenSession command.

Make functions private

Change the function definitions to s:<function-name> so they can't easily be called from the command line.

Separate session files for each git branch

Make separate session files for each branch in a repo. This could end up being too many files. There will need to be a way to purge the ones whose branch is no longer around.
