Desired behaviour: A developer should have the possibility to set his git username and email somehow before the container starts (eg. via args passed to docker or a config file)
Current behaviour: git username and email can only be set after the container runs
Advantage of change: The command to spin up this container can be used across servers. This allows for the server to be deleted and recreated with the same config.

Current behaviour: The default editor is vim (the old vim) that is also what starts when you type vim
