Check if -i, --increment is valid

feature: Get changelogs for a tag
Would be great if you can also get the changelogs for a given tag, for example:
changefrog --get-changes 5.0.0
Returns everything under 5.0.0 of the changelog, would be super useful for releases with CIs.
Problem if branchname ends with `v` in gitlab
I get the following (note the created link)
