Does this even work anymore?

This might be me missing something in the Phergie documentation, but does this plugin even work anymore?

The example in the readme states that you should be able to grab a plugin instance via $this->userMode = $config['userMode'];

But if I do this in a plugin, the $config variable is just empty.

How do I access this plugin from another plugin?

add support for 7.1

As 7.1 becomes more stable and closer to a release, I feel that it would be awesome to start testing. We need to add 7.1 to travis for both the test suite and allow_failures. Once its an official release, we can remove from the allow_failures.

Does this plugin work?

Hello,

When I try and follow the docs for the usermode plugin, and get a hold of the plugin, this is not possible.

This function in my AbstractPlugin

public function __construct(array $config) {
  var_dump($config);
}

yields an empty array, how am I supposed to get a hold of the plugin, so I can call for instance userHasMode?
