Function UILoadCSS is currently using function readlink which is unix-only function.

• creating stacks
• adding items
• activating items

Add makefile for compiling and installing library
Write docs explaining usage (make and sudo make install)

• UICreateVBox
• UICreateHBox

We need functions like:

void UISetImageLoaded(GdkPixbuf*);

void UISetLabel(char *);
UI UICreateHBox(bool); // For homogeneousity
UI UICreateVBox(bool); // For homogeneousity

I think it's a good idea that UIWarning function should return bool value, depending on what button user clicked - yes or no for question "Are you sure?"
