the actually situation in high incident areas is so that before a move from hospital A ( with say overhelmed ecmo) to hospital "other", (available ecmo, but not in this moment known to the operator, driver) bevor the move the driver/operator is instantly calling around with his cellphone to find out in what a hospital near (or somtimes also far away) is a available bed for the urgent case in his car.

the always (on twitter) to TMASGFF, CIO_T transfered suggestion for a (new or updatet) DIVI-feature:

• the insisted process itself is installed anyway (daily processed state of every ICU also ecmo in germany)
• rate of repetition but process isnt complete: frequency(only daily - must be realtime)
• put data not only daily (yet; 21.12.2021, 16:26:13) but every hr e.g.
• put data (ore populize data) not only per station but per bed (like in helvetia)
• post it by DIVI to json as #opendata (by DIVI itself to do) also nearly realtime
• so some transport can realtime resolve where to go ( without calling 3 ..10 times around to several hospitals with every same question):
• "IS A BED FREE ?!, We have a urgent case!"
