The section "bool.pm draft" on your PTS2018 report inspired me to try an implementation for boolean objects for Perl – this is the current version https://metacpan.org/pod/release/FERREIRA/Types-Bool-2.98004-TRIAL/lib/Types/Bool.pm

I went with the Types::Bool namespace since Types is commonly used for type-related Perl modules and not a top namespace. Also bool is quite nice and short, and I would not like to step on your toes.

I am reaching out to hear suggestions / objections. I opened a corresponding pull request for discussion on using that for JSON::PP at makamaka/JSON-PP#36
and wrote a compatible bool.pm at aferreira/cpan-Data-Bool#1
