jCenter is deprecated, please move package to Maven Central

JCenter will soon no longer be available and I have noted a number of projects using this library, including some articles.

In the spirit of keeping those projects active and working, I suggest migrating to Maven Central or another Maven repo source.

Migrate away from JCenter

JFrog has announced that it will be shutting down JCenter on February 2nd 2022. JCenter is the sole repository hosting this library, so it will become unavailable after this date unless migrated to an alternative service.

No license on package

Hi Stas,

Just wanted to note that this jar doesn't have a license, making it flag when trying to figure out one's licensing situation. I understand that it's only one file, and there's probably nothing copyrightable to license in that file, but it would be nice to have a license identified.

Should it be a "I don't care" item, may I suggest https://spdx.org/licenses/MIT-0.html ?
