My seed spawned the basement key before obtaining 4 badges so I decided to give beating goldenrod rival a try. Realized I couldn't get that key item until after 4 badges but I did beat the rival. When I made it to Ecruteak after beating Whitney (Squirtbottle obtained in forest) I beat the Kimono Girls (Clear Bell), got the Itemfinder (Mystery Egg), and then headed to Burned Tower. Eusine didn't come talk to me and the rival isn't showing up, and since I can't trigger that cutscene I can't beat Morty. I kept moving throughout the game and collected Jasmine's badge and the rest of the key items there, and got the ice path item as well, but I can't clear Ecruteak. Is there a trigger that I missed/broke for the rival battle? Does beating Goldenrod rival skip Ecruteak?

1653690516 is the seed I used, with badges randomized, Early Bike, Early rockets, and Copycat/Janine as well.

I was playing a seed with the end condition as Elite Four and with Badge Randomization active. I beat Faulkner and received the Thunder Badge, but when I tried to leave Violet to the south, the guy that forces you back to do the gym still wouldn't let me pass. I haven't had this problem before when my end condition was Defeat Red.

I believe I encountered a softlock in a seed. Here were the settings I used to generate it:

No early Super_Rod
Early Bicycle
No Early Sabrina
Randomize Badges
Endgame Condition: Defeat Red
Rockets: Normal
The resulting ROM was seed 1333047628.

Here is a screenshot of the tracker I use that shows the original items I've picked up and the randomized items I received.

I can't finish the Radio Tower Rocket segment because I don't have the Basement Key or the Card Key (locks me out of the Card Key and Clear Bell).

I have the Machine Part and Surf, but I can't start the Power Plant sequence because I don't have Cut (locks me out of Machine Part, Lost Item, Silver Wing).

I can't beat the Elite Four to get the SS Ticket because I can't get there from either direction. Can't wake Snorlax if Power Plant isn't finished, and can't go through Tohjo without Rising Badge.

Can't fight any more gyms to try to get the Rising Badge either.
Rising is blocked by Radio Tower sequence
Boulder is blocked by Snorlax
Cascade is blocked by Power Plant sequence
Rainbow is blocked by Cut
Volcano is blocked by Snorlax
Earth is blocked by Snorlax

I've tried to figure out a way through this, but I don't see one. Maybe I'm missing something though.

Softlock on seed 1285258534. Squirtbottle acquired before beating Whitney, woman giving the squirtbottle won't give an item. Tried talking to the girl first, stlll didn't work. Radio Tower did not initiate after 4 badges.

Lance gave vanilla items in rocketless setting. Result was that I had 2 Basement Keys and 2 Card Keys.

Talking to the Psychic TM guy in Saffron leads to hard reset of the game and deletes the save file.

I beat the Elite 4 and get 16 badges, but I'm still not able to reach Mt Silver (the guy before Victory Road still blocks the way). If I speak to Elm he just asks about the egg. Anyone know if I'm missing something?

I don't think seed 600927925 is beatable. You can't get past Goldenrod without the Squirtbottle (right? I'm second guessing myself but can't figure anything else out, you can't navigate through Dark Cave from Violet to the Blackthorn side, only to Route 46). The SB isn't available until Mahogany on this seed.
