Application now requires user input to start the real process after scanning.
Add an argument to automagically start compressing for use in an automated script.

While on this, also add lockfiles to directories so only one process will access it simultaniously.
Since lockfiles also "should" lock child directories the application should scan upwards up to root for a lockfile and stop/skip when a lockfile has been found.

The content of the lockfile can be a PID so we can scan for the process and override it if given PID has been killed/expired or crashed (will require extensive testing)
