In some of my older posts eg: 100DaysOfGatsby i've manually added links to the headings. When using remark-autolink-headings this results in a double anchor tag.

I'll have to go through all the posts and find out which ones had manual linked headings and change the markdown so remark-autolink-headings can do it's thing correctly.

The Serverless Function is all ready to go, just need to do the client side bits and style it.
