You need to restart Percona after configuration file was copied

Problem:

Fix: add the service restart command after configuration copying:

- name: Copy .my.cnf file into the root home folder
  template: src=root-my-cnf.j2 dest=/root/.my.cnf owner=root mode=0600

# "notify" can't help in this case
- service: name=mysql state=restarted
