Cannot install on Google Colab

Hi @patrickzib,

Great work. Just wondering if it is possible to install this package on Google Colab.
I tried with both pip and source installation but got the error as following

note: This error originates from a subprocess, and is likely not a problem with pip.

note: This is an issue with the package mentioned above, not pip.

Porting WEASEL 2.0 to pyts

I am cross-posting this issue here.
I am trying to port WEASEL 2.0 to pyts but I have problems achieving comparable accuracy using pyts.
I don't know if this is because of a bug in the implementation or because of wrong hyper-parameters tuning.
Here is the pyts issue : johannfaouzi/pyts#155
Thanks in advance
