Right now, rule() can take either a Rule instance or a string that describes a production. It would be convenient if instead the normal arguments passed to the Rule constructor could be passed in and a new rule would be created, and if a valuation function could be supplied after a stringy rule.

Currently ambiguity in parsing is handled arbitrarily. If true ambiguity is found during a parse, a separate parse tree should be generated for each correct parse. This would push arbitration to the user's end.
