NServiceBus.Metrics.ServiceControl.Msmq

NServiceBus.Metrics.ServiceControl.Msmq provides native queue length reporting to ServiceControl Monitoring for endpoints running on the MSMQ transport. It does it by monitoring the endpoints' queue length and then passing that data to NServiceBus.Metrics.ServiceControl which in turn sends it to an instance of the ServiceControl.Monitoring service.

Prerequisites

NServiceBus.Metrics.ServiceControl.Msmq requires the .NET Framework and can only be used with NServiceBus 8 and below.

Release 3.0.1 not on nuget.org

Hi

Is there a reason why 3.0.1 has not been released to nuget.org?
We are waiting on this package since #12 is stopping us upgrading NServiceBus.Metrics.ServiceControl to 3.0.2.

NServiceBus.Metrics.ServiceControl.Msmq is missing strong name

Current versions are not strong named. It is dependent on Particular/NServiceBus.Metrics.ServiceControl#43 as that needs to be strong named in order to enable it on the MSMQ extension.
