Order related query
From the readme, I could make out that natural order is column major order (Fortan/Matlab style) as compared to row major order (C, C++,python, Java and most of the image data is stored in row major order). Is there any performance penalty between the two order usage? Do we have any documentation related to performance benchmarks?
Linear Extrapolation
I'm wondering what the approach would be to implement linear extrapolation for out of bounds access using this weighted approach. Do you have any helpful tips for starting?
