Changing the verse ref with the Reference Selector at the bottom of the text collection breaks some stuff. Then changing the verse ref with the top bar Reference Selector really breaks stuff. Investigate :)

As a user, I want my software to work with synced verse reference so I can work effectively.

Once paranext/paranext-core#343 is done, make the text collection use the verse ref user setting.

Create a view for text collection similar to the text collection in Paratext.

This can use mock data to simulate other projects/resources, but it does not need to use mock data and can reuse the same data from the USFM data provider

There's multiple ways to represent scripture references being used in our code.

• The VerseRef class from @sillsdev/scripture
• The ScriptureReference type from scripture-util
• Creating an object in place that kinda looks like ScriptureReference

Ideally we would use VerseRef everywhere, but since that poses some challenges we've decided to not do that for now. Instead we will use ScriptureReference everywhere, consistently. Being consistent allows for an easier change to VerseRef when it is time to do that.
