Compiled with newer version makes app not working...any one help me with this?

Hi! Is possible add a full integration with Lightning and Orfox browsers??

Please add an option to configure a custom download folder.

When I download a file, I can download a file twice if the network is poor, which means that I can add the same url twice. Therefore, there will be two download lists. I can view the file from any list after download. But if I delete the file from a list, the other one cannot work anymore.

when I delete a file, I can click the option menu twice at top right corner and there will be two menu, which are both show "view" and "delete", if I finish it quickly enough (double hit). Therefore, if I click "delete" and then click "view", GigaGet will crash.

It would be nice to have settings to only download when on wifi and/or charging. Downloads would automatically be paused and resumed as these conditions were met.

i'm curious why is this app before.
available on playstore?
why this app remove on playstore and not working the source code

While downloading a pdf the download fails with server unsupported. As you can see, this is even after degrading to a mono-thread download. If there is other information that might be useful about this use case, please don't hesitate to ask.

When I hit a download link in Chrome, it starts downloading within Chrome.
I can't find a way to change this behavior so I've downgraded to 1.1.3

If logs are needed to debug this, please provide instructions on how to collect them.

When I perform these sequences of events, the dialog on screen disappears:

Sequence 1:

1. Click on Add Button
2. Orientation Change

Sequence 2:

1. Open Swipe Tab
2. Click on Embedded Browser
3. Insert URL [resource located by URL contains a video]
4. Click on ...(More Options)
5. Click on Video Detector
6. Orientation Change

Sometimes when downloading a file, after a while the speed goes to 0 KB/s, at which point the only way to continue is press Pause, then press Start.

When I do this, the resulting file is always corrupt.

Everytime I want to download from https sites, I see a "server not supported". Doesn't gigaget use Androids certificate db?

Make the about screen include the logo and then have a button linking to the licenses.

It would be nice to have a 'clear the done list' button so you can remove all items from that list in one got

I love this project, and I've been looking for something FOSS to fill this need, but I never saw it in F-Droid, so I assumed it didn't exist. I'd love it if someone would submit it, or I could submit a request; but I wanted to mention it here first to keep from possible conflicting project keys.

Re-downloading a file should be as easy as pressing a button.

Currently there is no such feature requiring the user to

• Delete the file
• Open browser
• Find and click the download link again
• Accept download parameters in GigaGet

Suggestion is a simple redownload button in the file details view.

Add a full integration with Orbot/I2P services

And option to start giga get on boot would be very nice.

I was vey happy to find this as only free download manager for Android.

But when I press OK button, it never starts downloading, speed shows "server unsupported" and size -1B. I've allowed storage permission from my Android 6.0 phone.

Can't seem to get as a system option while downloading files.

I can not start any download, as the app crashes every time.
I get the new mission dialog, but if I fill it and click okay the dialog closes it adds the download to list and directly crashes before doing anything else.
After restart the app the download list is empty again.

I can finally use this under android5
A problem have happen to me or another while they have tow or more network
Then the upload and download of all network will sum together( or select one of them)
ie:3g +hotspot to my notebook
Only my nb are download but i have exactly upload like download speed( u:431 d:431)
My phone use 3g &download 431k ,upload them to notebook &then i have 431k upload
If it will be tow graph while i have 3g/wifi-hotspit or bt-hotspot

I think there are no intent defined for this app, that is why when I download anything from the browser, it is not transferred to gigaget, it would be nice to not have to manually create a download each time you want to download something.

p.s. I see that the app has updated in google play store, but it hasn't updated in F-Droid

You mention flvxz api in the about dialog; could you elaborate on this? Will building the app from source / without the api key make the app crash/not work in any way or is it all dealt with?

If I click a link (mp3) in Chrome it will just show me Chrome and VLC. Gigaget should be listed there too.
