How to set hosts

Hi!

It's simple question for yoou. Please tell me, if started project with your Vagrantfile and bootstrap.sh, how shoul I set im my host machine /etc/hosts file? For example, it my project name in bootstrap is magento1931, the hosts could be

MAGENTO 1.9.3.1

192.168.33.22 magento1931.dev
?
I have 403 forbidden in result it.

Creation of specific database directly

Hi !

I think that was interesting to create automatically database for the project.

I'll propose this modification into pull request.

delete repos

i forked this repos in my account and would like to get rid of it. How do you do that? I cannot find the settings via which a repos is deleted.
